Released from the Nuerologist

Yep - he is quite pleased with my progress and is amazed at how quickly I have recovered. I did leave there with an Rx for physical therapy 3 times a week for the next 4 weeks. They gave me a therapy center that's on the way home from work, so it's convenient!!

3 times a weeks I get the following "therapy":

Back massage

Ice packs

Electro-Therapy (TENS unit)

Stretching excercises

Sounds good, huh??
