Praying this is our week.......

Our lawyer has been told that it's taking 15 business days in order to receive the approval for the new birth certificate to be processed. Then it's a few days or so to get the new birth certificate from the region. Typically, at that point, it's about 3 weeks until our pick up trip.

Having said all that, uhmmmm, we learned a L~O~N~G time ago to be cautiously optimistic about any timelines. Lately, they have been spot on with information. I just hope and pray that the trend continues because if it does, we're looking at making a pick up trip in ..........
