Can you order a new refresh button?

Wouldn't you know, nano-seconds after posting this, the update came in.....there is no update. I knew this would be the case because I already knew there is NO information/updates given today. It's Wednesday. They don't give information on Wednesdays. Updates are given on Thursday. So, we wait another day.

UGH!! UGH!! UGH!! We are supposed to hear today about whether our file is ready for pick up to get our Sayaxche birth certificate!! Have we heard anything yet? Nope. Do we expect it to be ready early? Nope. Does the agency ever update us without having been asked? Nope.

If it wasn't ready today, it's slated for a Friday release. Now, that's all well and good but I, of course, take it with a grain of salt. Too many let-downs, to many unkept promises. Too many questions without answers.

As I told my friend Lara, without HOPE, we have NOTHING.

Please Lord, let it be soon...........
