Guatemala - Trip 4 - Day 5

I can't begin to tell you how weird this day started and then how it turned out. So much "stuff" happened that I can't go into but it was in such a way that the decisions that were made were done with a positive peace of mind. The decisions that were made were not necessarily what we wanted to do, rather what had to be done.
Anyway....giving her back to Viviana was heart-wrenching as always. The only difference this time was that it took Sydney a full 10 seconds for her to realize who Vivi was!!! Then after less than 10 minutes with Vivi, Sydney *WANTED ME BACK*!!! Pinchy fingers, grunting and lunging....the works....wanted her MOMMY!!! Be still my heart!!! Viviana was so happy for us for that!!
Both of our flights were PACKED but great and on time. First time I've ever experience turbulance in the airplane bathroom.....that was interesting to say the least!!! We met a couple families who were going home with their daughters. Ava(2 years old) was headed to Savannah and Ellie(18 months old) was headed to Illinois. They were BEAUTIFUL little girls who handled the flights PERFECTLY!!! Not a peep out of either and they sat just behind us.
We landed in Huntsville around 8:30 only to find out that both my boys and my Mom have been sick as all get out. Mom and AJ have had strep. Luke is fighting and ear/sinus infection plus being given preventative for strep - UGH!!! Nothing like being back home though!! Wishing my girl was with me!!!
