They say we'll probably be KO'ed because something about the file going back into PGN **BEFORE** the POA was re-registered.
**Please, someone --- PLEASE tell me why in the world you'd submit a file that had been KO'ed before you get all the documents back in the file for it to be reviewed.**

I'm so sorry. Perhaps your attorney wants to make sure you're IN pgn on December 31st, so you can be "grandfathered"? Maybe they're interpreting something that way? Otherwise, I have no idea. Good luck!
