Another week - More excuses
File not released.
Still no approval for a new birth certificate.
Promises not made good on.
No idea where to proceed from here.
Our daughter continues to be held hostage.
Agency honestly sees no urgency.
Our lawyer is just as bad.
Our spirits are down.
Our hearts break more with every passing day.
She might be home by the time she's 2.
She might not.
We're betting on might not.
We no longer have any expectations.
If you have none, you won't get hurt.
RENAP lawyer is now on a 2 week vacation 'til next week.
We wait again......because they say
"We should be released next Friday." for the 3rd straight week.

I hear ya Kristi! It is so hard to have expectations and get let down each and every time. I am glad to hear that Sydney is feeling better. And I hope you get some encouraging news next week.
That just plain stinks! I am so sorry! I know this is hard, but remember that she will be home and in your arms. This WILL happen!

That isn't what I was hoping to see when I checked in today. I'm so sorry...I hate when this process gets in the way of families. Ugh.
