Which of the following sayings apply?

* CALGON TAKE ME AWAY!!!!!

* IT'S 5 O'CLOCK SOMEWHERE!!!!!

Ok, we are short-staffed at work and I am stressed to the hilt!!! With school just starting back less than 3 weeks ago, all the new news regarding Alan's Mom, life, and these final weeks of Sydney's adoption.............I CANNOT TURN MY BRAIN OFF!!!! It's like the energizer bunny - it keeps going and going and going and going!!!!
Seriously, I wake up EVERY morning with a headache and stress related heartburn. I have to pop a piece of minty gum first thing to keep the acidic feelings from taking over. I keep a headache all day long. I am exhausted beyond belief every night. I am crabby and tired because of the stress and that means I don't sleep well. All night long I think about the events of the day....sometimes even dreaming about them. Add in the fact that every morning for the past 2 weeks I've woken up sometime between 4:30 and 6:00 needing to go to the bathroom, then I can't go back to sleep. And in case you are wondering - NO, I AM NOT PREGNANT!!!!
I'm not the only one feeling the effects - Alan has been having trouble with his blood pressure too. He's been to the doctor twice this week because it's frighteningly high. All his stress was settling in his lower back and they've put him on steroids/muscle relaxers to help calm that down. In addition, they have given him Beta Blockers to get his BP under control. Fortunately, his boss has been VERY understanding. He simply cannot ignore his health and we have to wach this. We have a little girl that's going to be coming home VERY soon and he's got to be in tip top shape!!!!
Please just keep lifting us in prayer.........

Kristi and Alan,
I pray for you guys EVERYDAY many times a day. I am so sorry that your family continues to go through the ringer. I hope that you can relax this weekend and Alan too. If I was closer I would come get the boys and take them for the day. All I can do from here is send hugs!
I love ya!!!!

And people wonder why I laugh and then consider punching them when they "joke" that I did it the easy way the first time (meaning adopted instead of pregnancy). Hope you all feel better soon. So excited you are in the home stretch! Although I found myself even more ramped up waiting for that embassy appointment because I just wanted it to be over!
