Finally, something has gone OUR WAY!!!!

Went to the neurosurgeon ---- MY HERNIATION IS TERRIBLE!!! So terrible that he wants me to take it easy until I have surgery so I don't rupture it.......But it's a GOOOOOOD TERRIBLE!!! It is so terrible that it qualifies for the BEST AND EASIEST REPAIR THEY CAN DO!!! It's a 20 minute, out-patient, one cut microdiscectomy!!!

I will have my surgery at 1:30 on Tuesday 7/29. I will be in and out of the OR in an hour. Into recovery and home as long as I can get up and walk around, keep food down - I GO HOME THAT DAY!!!! I will only miss ONE day of work as long as I promise not to lift anything....that's my ONLY restriction for 4 weeks.....NO LIFTING!!!!

And what's even better --- Doc said that it will NOT interfere with ANYTHING adoption related if we get THE PHONE CALL!!! WOOOOHOOOOOOOO!!!!! Finally, the beginnings of my much anticipated RaInBoW!!!
