A new day has dawned......

This AM is MUCH better..... Sydney slept for almost 13 hours....her norm is 12. She's been letting me give her a bottle and some fruit puffs. We're going to breakfast with Lou and Essie Kate at 9:30. I've been "allowed" to kiss and play and tickle and peek-a-boo. She's wanted me to hold her. Still a LITTLE standoffish but a VAST improvement over last night and my exhausted self!!! Amazing what sleep will do for ya!!

It's 11:30 now and we've returned from a very very leisurely breakfast here at the Marriott! We've met several other families here in GC. Most on visit trips but one family was picking up. We met a sweet family from LONDON that is meeting their 6 month old for the FIRST TIME!! Suzie was just an emotional wreck....as we all are. Bless you Suzie, you will have a blast. Tell Andy to hold you tight!! Sydney has fallen asleep in her stroller, again. That's her safe place and if she's happy, I'm EXSTATIC!!!! :-) We're heading to the pool around 1pm....this should be interesting since she HATES the bathtub with me. Although Vivi says she LOVES it and hates to be taken out..... Do you remember this photo? Vivi was in shock when she saw it!!!

Pray for the situation in GC please. Things are worse than reported in alot of ways. So many rumors, so many half truths. These bmoms are going through hell and it's just not right. It goes against anything vaguely HUMANE!!! Sickening!!
