I don't think my sweetie feels too well

Syd's been kinda puney all day today and she felt a little warm but not alarming. She has weak eyes and a runny nose and not much of an appetite. I gave her some ibuprofen and a bottle. She's fallen asleep in the crib and I hope she wakes up feeling better. We haven't had much camera fun this trip. She refuses to look most of the time when I want her to. I do have some photos so I hope this will hold you over for now.

THIS cannot POSSIBLY be COMFORTABLE???

Sydney crawled into the stroller, up to the nightstand and took the banana. She peeled it and began eating it....all while I was in the bathroom getting ready for breakfast. This is what I found when I heard unidentifiable noise in the room!!! What a silly girl.

I would like you all to meet "DELTA"! Delta is the blanket that Sydney has carried with her since Friday afternoon! Delta came off the plane with me in GC and Sydney has claimed it as her own!!! We must return to the room for DELTA if we forget it. We experience a meltdown otherwise!!! Houston, we have a "blankie monster"!!!

This is Sydney after the tiny nap she had after breakfast. See the eyes....
she looks like she does not feel so good.

Kate has those exact same pj's! And no, that sleeping position does not look anywhere near comfortable, but who are we to judge. LOL! Hope Sydney feels better soon!

Oh Kristi! You are being such a great mommy, taking care of sweet Sydney. I do remember that we had to have a doctor come to the hotel for Mary Sofia. The hotel staff were very nice about contacting him. I think we even added it to our hotel bill! The Delta blanket is too funny!!!! I hope sweet Sydney feels better so you can get a picture of the TWO of you!! xoxoxoxoxo, Carrie

Kristi...I'm just catching up on things and was confused at first when I saw pics of Sydney...I backtracked to find out about your wonderfully, quick trip. I hope you are enjoying each other and that she's warmed up. My heart aches for you and everyone else still enduring this horrible wait.
Thinking of you....safe travels home. (((HUGS)))

Those visit trips were so bittersweet for me. I loved spending time with Sabrina and starting to forge that bond. I loved being in her country with her. I hated the knowledge that I had to leave her again. It tore my heart out. Brutal for everyone! So glad you got to spend some time with her!
