HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO MY HUBBY!!
Alan and I are celebrating our 6th anniversary today!! It's a marriage that quite a few people thought would never last because we only knew each other 3 weeks when we got engaged and were married 4 months later. It's definitely been an adventure that I wouldn't want to share with anyone else!! An adventure that has included 2 years of infertility treatments, 3 adoptions, job changes, surgeries, moves, a few good fights but mostly lots and lots of happy memories!
Alan is my love! My heart! My soul! He rescued me and Aaron from being all alone. He jumped in with both feet --- going from single to married with a 6 1/2 year old and embraced it from the get go.
Alan, thank you for making me sooooo HAPPY!!! I love you very much and cannot wait for the next 6 years!!

Kristi, you give this songle mommy of two Guatemalan treasures hope. I adopted as a single woman because I wanted a family and was not good at choosing the right man to date. So I gave up. Now that I have two daughters I worry that the guy might seem nice, but he also might be hiding a dark secret that he hurts children and/or their mommies. It just scares me now. But you give me hope. I prat that my Alan is out there (hopefully in Bama, since I am trying desperately to get back home).

Happy Anniversary! It is so great to have a partner to go on this journey with! Mary Sofia is ready to meet her bud, Sydney! We will have to have a talk with the PGN director while we are here!
