Here is the moronic reasons for our kickout!!! And a nice note from our agency people!!

1. The power of attorney was changed in the history of the case due to a spelling error on the first one. No big deal, it was fixed and is not the reason for the kick out. What the reason is for and this is just absurd is that the second POA attorney must put in writing that they understand the case. Fine, I can maybe buy this concept, the only issue I have is that the POA attorney is the same on each of the POA’s. So the attorney is going to tell himself what the case is about and understands the case?

2. 2nd Privio they want a statement from the birth mother that she tried to find someone within the family to adopt the child. This is for the 2nd POA who is the same as the first POA and there's ALREADY a statement ON FILE!!!!!!!!! Lawyer already is working on this. We can talk about both of these.

I was completely shocked to hear this news. When they said we had three cases coming out of PGN I thought approvals. I’m beyond disappointed as I know you are too. At least these are easy fixes and all I can say is that we will get you back in as fast as possible and have *L* work his magic with his contacts in PGN. It should skip to the 2nd reviewer fast. Know that we have it under control here and working on it. Fortunately you were here and did the POA. Huge help. There isn’t anything I can say to help, just remember our last meeting and know that I’m still here and worked out the kinks so the attorneys can focus on work and your case. It’s much better then when you were here.
