Supervisor Assessment............DONE!

Alan had his "test" today. Not really a test but more a "How would you handle this situation" type thing --- 85 scenarios. He says he felt like it went well. Next step is a phone interview. This gives them a feel for your "phone etiquette". Should hear about that in a week or so.

It'll be several weeks before any decisions are made. They have to screen all 200'ish applicants first!! Please pray that he gets this promotion. This would be a WONDERFUL thing for our family!!
