Email from the agency:
Your case was rejected because they asked for Birth Mom to sign Birth certificate again. She needs to go to a local Mayors office to sign. Monday/Tuesday she will sign it then new Birth certificate will be mailed back to Guatemala City and if everything goes according to plan we should be able to submit everything back at the end of next week most probably Friday. If birth mom does not sign Monday /Tuesday that will push submission to week after.

I hate you got kicked out, but I am super glad it happened so quick! You now go ahead and get it over with so you can get back in and OUT quickly. I am praying that God will provide a way for Sydney's birthmom to get that BC signed ASAP!!
