Alan applied for a supervisor job!!!

Yep - they opened up the available supervisor's positions to the trainee's that just came into the call center. Since he has 2 years experience from Cingular and has his degree in Bus Mgmnt now, we are hopeful that he'll be promoted. That would be SOOOOOO fabulous!! Just another thing to add to the prayer list!! :-)
