of the Mommy who's first baby is heading off to 7th grade in 7 1/2 hours? I'll tell you - the past 12 years runs through her mind. How one minute, he's learning how to hold up his head and the next he's learning to tie his shoes. Fast forward to learning how to play baseball, then learning how to read.....Now my son is in middle school! In 7th grade.....I remember 7th grade quite well. It went something like this.......don't lie to your Mom, she works at your school...it doesn't matter if Mr. Meigs likes you or not! If you lie, rest assured she will find out. Not only that, she'll come pick you up from your friends house, embarass you real good and then whack you on the leg ALL the way home! And let me tell you, it was a long way from their house to our...that day anyway!!! I SURE HOPE HE'S A FASTER LEARNER THAN HIS MOMMA!!
