Guatemala, we have a problem - -
And SOMEONE better have some answers IMMEDIATELY!!! I found out today that the file was NOT submitted to Family Court until August 1. That was AFTER we had pre-approval and AFTER everything should have been done. That was AFTER we should have been in PGN!! I am so angry I am sick to my stomach and numb. We have been lied to and told things in order to make us happy....now we find out this information this evening. Those people have cost us MONTHS and almost $1,200. As a result, my daughter will NOT be home when they said and it's going to continue to cost additional money. I am so furious I don't even know what to do.......

OH!!! Looks like I'm not the only one in this boat, huh? Wow! How do these agencies get away with this? Unbelieveable!!! When I contacted our agency today, I was told to contact our lawyer ourself for information. WTH? I am still furious!
Get your Congressman or Senator involved. They have contacts and ways of making things move forward in the Embassy AND at your agency if it's in the same state. I feel your frustration and I agree, enough is enough. These agencies get our money and then think they can just ignore our questions and pleas for updates. You are so right to DEMAND more from them.
