*UPDATE* on Sydney's Foster Brother

Here is the email I received this morning from S&T:
*Unfortunately, we had a meeting with an immigration attorney today and he told us that our case is so bad that we can not appeal. He also advised us not to try again in a year from June because we will most likely be denied again because of what happened to us this time. He also said that it will probably be very difficult to adopt domestically because we are on a list of denied home studies. So, today our hopes of a family were ended. Thanks for your words of encouragement and your prayers. We hope that you are able to bring your daughter home soon. Good luck and thanks again for all that you have done for us.*
My heart just aches for them. I hope they are going after the HS agency - they screwed them over. This is unacceptable practice and who knows how many times this happens. Because of this one thing, it looks like their plans for a family will never be completed. Please keep S&T in your prayers. Also pray for the little boy - he's 7 months old - pray that someone else will come through and give him a forever home!
