I171-H has been faxed to the agency!

I'm not sure who was more excited...... us or them?!?! This has been a long time coming and they were so relieved to get that in their possession!! We are now waiting on them to schedule our DNA test and the Social Worker Interview with Sydney's birthmother. In the mean time we will also be waiting on "Pre-Approval" which is our "Golden Ticket" to enter into PGN. The last and most uncertain step in the whole darn process.....
