It's 2:53am on Thursday, March 22 -

And I've been up since 1:30; flight leaves at 6am. Tell me again who picked this flight - oh yeah, it was me!! Got maybe 4 hours of sleep because I'm SOOOOO darn excited about seeing my daughter today!!! Fortunately I can sleep most anywhere so I'll probably be snoozing on the plane, in the airport and on the other plane!! :-) Alan on the other hand is snoozing away in the bed - he took a Tylenol PM.....smart guy!!!

A big thanks to my parents for watching the boys for us. We dropped them off at my parents last night and had dinner with there. It was so hard to leave them even though we've done it countless times before. FIVE DAYS is a long time and we already miss them. The drive home was hard - wish we could have taken them with us! Mom - make sure you send us pics of the boys while we're gone or you don't get pics of Sydney!!!! :-) Yeah right!!

Everything is packed and ready to load. The dogs are at the kennel. The boys are at my parents. The boarding passes are printed. Our clothes are laid out and ready to wear. The only problem........Alan is insisting on Hardee's at 4:30am - YUCK!! I think I'll just take a pack of crackers, thank you very much!

Ok, enough rambling from me. Dad will be here around 4:3o to get us. It's 3:00 now, might as well shower! Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. My friend Susan will be keeping the blog up to date while we're gone. Please feel free to post your comments!
